Summary: Client Mr. T Saini contacted us for a male attendant. His elderly grandfather is suffering from a serious illness. The grandfather was in bed. The elder patient required continuous bed care like toiletries, bathing, hygiene cleaning support etc.
We shared the written home healthcare service confirmation documentation over a digital medium. It included general terms and conditions related to services like charges, attendant major job responsibilities, and service invoicing details. We also shared other necessary information related to the services with the grandson, Mr. T Saini, of the elder patient.
When the first service Invoice was shared to the client Tushar Saini, he suddenly stopped responding to us. A few days later a lady from his family reached out to our staff manager. She started to make arguments about the service charges. She said that she will not pay this much and blocked our number. She paid some amount to the attendant and asked him to leave. Without saying anything else, she threatened to call the cops.
