Terms of OUR HOME CARE SERVICE
As a home healthcare service, we are bound by the next terms & conditions. The parties we serve are also bound. If any party neglects to follow them, they are responsible for breaking the service contract right away.
1. Scope of Services:
Details about the types of care needed should be provided before starting the Home care services. These include nursing care, mother or newborn baby care, personal care, medical assistance, housekeeping, or companionship. We guarantee that we board a smooth service.
2. Scheduling and Hours:
Home care service provided by us is for 12 Hrs. and 24 hours support shift. There are 7 working days in a week, and public/festive holidays are fixed offs. Customizing the service hours depends on the scope of the service. This must be discussed before the service begins.
3. Service Charges and Payment:
Our automation software generates service invoices twice a month, specifically on the 15th and the last day of each month. Once we share the invoice with you, please clear the service payment. You must clear this by the due date mentioned in the invoice. We offer a 2-day grace period for you to clear your payment. Additionally, our agency never asks for advance payments.
4. Caregiver Qualifications:
We supply ICU-trained nurses, semi-nursing assistants, and general duty attendants. We offer a wide range of care services. Therefore, our team assigns specific healthcare professionals based on the care you need.. The service seeker and service provider discuss these requirements before work begins. Our ICU-trained nurses hold certified nursing degrees to guarantee high-quality care support.
5. Client Responsibilities:
We work as a responsible nursing agency and home nursing care service. Our team ensures that everything stays in place during the service tenure. Our back-office team remains available to help clients and resolve their issues. We expect clients to offer a safe working environment. Specifically, this ensures the safety of the staff who carry out duties on their property.
6. Health and Safety:
Policies related to infection control, emergency procedures, and safety measures to protect both clients and caregivers.
7. Confidentiality:
We keep full respect for the privacy of all our clients. Consequently, we do not share any client data with outside parties without explicit permission.
8. Termination of Services:
Either party can break the contract. They can stop the service by giving at least a proper 24 hours notice to the other party. The either party failing to do or don’t abide with this can be held responsible for the punishment.
9. Dispute Resolution:
If there are issues related to the staff on duty, the client can contact our staff manager. They will help resolve the issue. For payment and invoice issues, please contact our back office team, who will handle and resolve the issue promptly.
It’s important to read the terms and conditions carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear before signing any agreement.
