The client, Ms. Astha Jain, contacted Medical Care support at home Delhi Team to request specialized eldercare at home services for her father. We conducted a preliminary intake interview to understand the patient’s current medical condition and specific care requirements, ensuring that the assigned attendant will be well-suited to the patient’s needs.

Ms. Astha Jain, asked us to send two male attendants for the meeting initially who can do eldercare job for her father in the day and night shift. She agreed to pay the conveyance fees. The payment would be made on the day the attendants come for the face-to-face meeting. We agreed upon her demand and sent two male attendants for the meeting the next day. Both the male general duty attendants arrived at her place. They went to the location that Astha Jain shared with us for the meeting. Upon reaching the location, the attendants called this lady several times. She didn’t respond to the attendants’ calls or allow entry into the house.

Our back office team also contacted her but she didn’t respond to those calls as well. Later, unfortunately, we had to ask the attendant to go back. We dropped a text to this lady (astha jain). The text requested that she transfer the caregiver conveyance payment they spent on traveling. Upon seeing our message, she called us. Astha Jain started arguing with the back office executive of the agency. She wanted to avoid making the conveyance payment. She also used an abusive and arrogant language with the executives and cut the calls.
